The maiden PTA( Parents Teachers Association) meeting took place yesterday. We had a very fruitful discussion with parents and guardians. The school history was told including team members, supporters and donors. A short prayer was said for the departed soul of our father Mr.Haruna Salifu (Co-founder). Some parents expressed their pleasure and gratitude to the teachers for the good tuition, care and kindness towards their wards. Some parents said they have seen a positive change in the academic performance of their wards as compared to their previous results from their former schools. Extention of tuition hours was seen as a laudable idea by parents and guardians.

We however reminded parents and guardians to encourage and assist their kids in doing their homework/assignments and to bring their wards to school early to avoid lateness. PTA executives were nominated and selected from the parents and teachers to form part of the school management team. Parents and guardians extended their gratitude to UppFutures for the free school uniforms. Thanks to all the Teachers and Volunteers.

We have made shelves for the Crèche class so they can hang their school bags , Some cupboards were also made to keep their books in the classrooms. We bought two trips of sea-sand to mold some bricks, we plan to build more classrooms so that the students can be promoted to the next class to make space for other kids to be enrolled. Thank you for your continuous support.

Before we went on holidays (16th April,2021), the pupils of Prince & Princess Academy had a little party (our day). There will be a maiden PTA (Parents Teachers Association) meeting on 24th April. We will take the opportunity to present the genesis (history), vision, mission, policies, rules and regulations, founders, team members, teachers and supporters of the Prince & Princess Academy to parents and guardians. We will discuss the development plans of the school, extending of teaching hours from 8am-2pm for Crèche and from 8am-3pm for Kindergarten to Primary, assessment of pupils performance, parents and teachers observations and suggestions. School will resume on 4th May, 2021. We are much grateful to all supporters. Thank you for buying our postcards.

The Prince & Princess Academy wishes to thank UppFutures for providing some of our pupils with school uniforms. We are much grateful for supporting and putting a smile on the faces of the kids. On behalf of the parents, we say a big thank you to UppFutures
