The maiden PTA( Parents Teachers Association) meeting took place yesterday. We had a very fruitful discussion with parents and guardians. The school history was told including team members, supporters and donors. A short prayer was said for the departed soul of our father Mr.Haruna Salifu (Co-founder). Some parents expressed their pleasure and gratitude to the teachers for the good tuition, care and kindness towards their wards. Some parents said they have seen a positive change in the academic performance of their wards as compared to their previous results from their former schools. Extention of tuition hours was seen as a laudable idea by parents and guardians.

We however reminded parents and guardians to encourage and assist their kids in doing their homework/assignments and to bring their wards to school early to avoid lateness. PTA executives were nominated and selected from the parents and teachers to form part of the school management team. Parents and guardians extended their gratitude to UppFutures for the free school uniforms. Thanks to all the Teachers and Volunteers.
